ACAS is proud to offer Yoga for those just beginning and those experienced Yogi’s. Join our local Yogi – Dr. Wanida Lewis for our Vinyasa & Yin Flow class – a slow, gentle flow using props designed to take you deeper into your body and expand a student’s view on what a Vinyasa practice could look like. This class is designed for yogis at ALL levels as the class flow is never the same but encourages students to explore and expand their yoga practice.
